The “International Trends and Services” Facet programs are designed to expand global outreach and to provide tangible services in other countries.

• Fresno Links have participated in several global initiatives:
  • building and refurbishing schools in South Africa;
  • providing Black ‘Barbie’ dolls to children in various African countries;
  • collecting and sending books to libraries in Jamaica;
  • collecting and sending medical equipment and supplies to Africa;
    
  • raising funds to provide clean drinking water for Haiti through the "2000 Boots on the Ground" initiative; and
  • providing assistance to the people of Haiti for earthquake relief.
