The “Services to Youth” Facet addresses issues in eight target areas. Fresno Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, have consistently worked to provide educational opportunity and educational access through its scholarship program and community workshops.
- “Scholarships and Beyond” - This program was designed to raise money for college scholarships. At least four (4) deserving high school students are each awarded $1,500 annually in their senior year. To date, over $250,000 has been raised and awarded to over one hundred fifty (150) students in the greater Fresno community. In recent years,
- “Go Green – Links to Success” This program focuses on teaching children in grades 2 to 6 about ways to improve the environment. The program earned Chapter recognition at the Area level.
- "Science, Technology, Relationships, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics (STREAM)" Program - Since 2017, a group of West Fresno youth have participated in a program to develop their STREAM awareness and knowledge using a structured curriculum designed by a Fresno Chapter member. The program is designed to be incorporated into the daily activities of preschoolers and for elementary-age youth in their after-school program so there can be continuity in the youth's STREAM development throughout their formative years.
